Everything you need before submitting a first mortgage deal. All parameters are indicative - we may work outside these limits depending on the strength of the deal.

Up to 75% (incl. all capitalised interest and fees)
Max LVR - Metro commercial / industrial / retail

Establishment fee
1.55% of loan amount
Rollover fee
0.25% if term is extended

Capitalised (prepaid) or serviced monthly - depends on the scenario
Valuation basis
As-is only - no residual or development value credited
Security package
1st registered mortgage, PPSR/GSD, personal guarantee, share security
Exit strategy
Must be clearly specified at time of application - sale, refinance, or liquidity event

All parameters are indicative and subject to final credit assessment. We may work outside these parameters depending on the strength of the deal.

Qualifying Locations

We lend across Australia's East Coast. Location affects the maximum LVR we'll apply. Other locations are considered on a case-by-case basis and may attract adjusted LVRs.

Major Cities

Sydney (50km radius), Melbourne (35km), Brisbane (20km), Gold Coast (20km), Canberra (10km)

Regional Cities

Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, Central Coast NSW

Destinational

Byron Bay, Southern Highlands, Mornington Peninsula, Noosa

Other locations considered case by case and may attract adjusted LVRs and pricing.

What we need from you

We aim to give indicative terms within 24 business hours. To do that, we need the following minimum information at the point of submission.

  • Brief scenario summary - what does the borrower need and why?
  • Property details - address, type, current use, tenancy details (if applicable)
  • Loan amount requested and desired term
  • Current valuation or recent sale evidence
  • Existing encumbrances - lender name, balance, and limit
  • Borrower profile - name, entity structure, brief background
  • Exit strategy - sale, refinance, or liquidity event?
