Vía Capital provides fast, transparent private credit for borrowers and deals that fall outside standard bank criteria. We respond with indicative terms within 24 business hours, deal directly with decision-makers, and never compete with the brokers who bring us deals.
First mortgage loans run from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000. Second mortgage loans run from $500,000 to $7,500,000. We can structure larger facilities on a case-by-case basis for the right deal.
We aim to have indicative terms with you within 24 business hours of receiving a complete submission. If they work, we move quickly from there.
We are a broker-first business. We protect your mandate, communicate transparently throughout the process, and ensure you remain the primary point of contact for your client.
Our minimum term is 6 months and maximum is 24 months. We want exits to be clean and simple - no excessive fees that leave your client unhappy at the end of the deal.
Yes. We lend in both first and second mortgage positions across residential, commercial, industrial, and retail property. Second mortgages must sit behind a bank, ADI, or ADI-like senior lender - not another private lender.
We lend across Australia's East Coast - major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra), regional cities (Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, Central Coast NSW), and key destinational markets (Byron Bay, Southern Highlands, Mornington Peninsula, Noosa). Other locations are considered case by case.
